The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced technical program manager to join Adobe's Identity Platform—the core of Identity Services, enabling secure authentication and authorization across Adobe's ecosystem. The Identity Platform is Adobe's implementation of Federated ID and OAuth 2.0, powering authentication for Adobe ID users and authorization for critical Adobe resources.

You'll play a key role in delivering a scalable, highly available solution deployed across AWS infrastructure, spanning multiple availability zones and regions, achieving 99.99% uptime, and scaling to meet Adobe's global growth. You will drive program management focusing on developing robust APIs, ensuring platform stability, and building highly scalable microservices essential for integrating Adobe's Identity Management Services (IMS) across Adobe's ecosystem. Your work will directly impact Adobe's ability to securely authenticate and authorize millions of users globally, ensuring seamless experiences and supporting significant business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and coordinate all aspects of a program, including: detailed project plans, resource allocations, risks/issues remediation, status reporting, budget management, and is primary "go to" person for project details.
  • Maintain end-to-end understanding of the solution being built, its upstream and downstream dependencies and impacts, and proliferate the awareness and critical changes needed to support the initiative.
  • Be seen as a subject matter leader, and can partner/influence: Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, QA, etc. We seek a candidate who has a firm knowledge of business goals, and find creative solutions for engineering problems yielding the fastest time to market.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent programs, varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several different teams and organizations.
  • Proactively manage project scope, risks, and deliverables using data-driven insights, analytics, and creative problem-solving.
  • Participate actively in requirement, design and architectural reviews, technology choices, test strategies

What You Need to Succeed:

  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with identity and access management systems, OAuth 2.0, and Federated ID concepts is highly desirable.
  • Experience or familiarity in web development, scalable infrastructure, and cloud technologies
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively, with an acute sense of urgency and business impact.
  • Excellent understanding of business context, requirements, and customer-centric delivery
  • Self-motivated, technically curious and learns how processes and systems work without being asked
  • Comfortable presenting to everyone from VPs to the Individual Contributor
  • Experienced in leading large-scale programs across organizations in a matrixed, globally-diverse workforce!
  • Experienced with applications such as Jira, or other management tools.
  • Experienced with Agile methodologies and PLC processes
