We are currently recruiting results-oriented sales professionals to lead an existing customer base. As Solution Account Manager you will develop your expertise within the Digital Experience portfolio and become the trusted advisor of your customers. You will handle relationships with your accounts, improve adoption, drive renewals business and grow the annual recurring revenue of these accounts.

The Solution Account Manager will join an established, successful, collaborative, and supportive team, reporting to the Asia Retention and Renewals Lead.

What You'll Do

  • Develop expertise in Adobe Digital Experience solutions and articulate business value to customers.
  • Build multi-level relationships and create customer-centric success plans aligned to business goals.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and renewal strategies across your account portfolio, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities, while mitigating attrition risks.
  • Share market insights, support sales process improvements, and coordinate internal resources to enhance customer experience.

What You Need to Succeed

  • An appetite for success!
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Sales Account Management, including renewals and expansion.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and lead issue resolution strategies.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluency in Cantonese (spoken and written); based in Hong Kong.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and familiarity with Adobe's competitive landscape is a plus.
