The Challenge
As part of Adobe's Worldwide Sales Operations team, the Senior Sales Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in enabling seamless Sales execution through operational excellence, automation, and CRM support. You will act as the first line of support for Adobe's Global Sales Organization, resolving process, system, and access-related issues across Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and associated Sales applications (Clari, Gainsight, CPQ, Anaplan, etc.). This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales operations, CRM optimization, automation, and driving process efficiency at scale.
This role is based out of Noida Location with a hybrid model (3 days WFO).

What You Need to Succeed
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree (Business, Computer Science, or related discipline)—Tier 1 Institutes preferred
Experience: Min 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, CRM Operations, or Sales Support
Technical Skills:
Salesforce and/or Dynamics 365 proficiency (Admin or Consultant-level).
Familiarity with tools such as Clari, Gainsight, CPQ, Anaplan, or similar Sales ecosystems.
Working knowledge of ETL tools (Data Loader, DemandTools) and Power BI reporting.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
Proactive ownership mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
