The Opportunity

We are looking for a Renewals Sales Specialist to lead and develop the renewals segment of our Adobe Digital Experience portfolio in the Nordic area. This role involves managing the full renewal cycle for a portfolio of enterprise customers.

You will integrate solution knowledge, business strategy, and strong negotiation skills alongside a customer-focused approach to increase platform value and adoption within the installed base.

You'll engage closely with multiple departments including: Account Executives and Sales Leadership, Product Specialists, Customer Support and Consulting, Contracting, Finance, and Legal.

Together, you will drive alignment, remove friction, and ensure successful renewals and expansion outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a Renewals Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for renewing, growing sales, and securing subscription agreements for your assigned accounts. You will:

  1. Manage the complete renewal process, from initial contact through finalizing renewals, ensuring accuracy, predictability, and timely completion
  2. Build positive relationships with customers to understand business needs and guide them through the renewal process
  3. Research customer contracts, entitlements, and purchasing history to build accurate, and customer-focused proposals
  4. Negotiate commercial terms and issue renewal and expansion proposals
  5. Forecast renewal opportunities and track purchase orders through to close
  6. Identify retention risks early and partner with Sales, Support, and Management to define and complete recovery plans
  7. Maintain high data quality by bringing to bear internal systems to track renewal status, pipeline, and reporting

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, renewals, account management, or a related customer-facing commercial role
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to manage professional, executive-level customer engagements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with remote or distributed teams
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and respond quickly to ad-hoc customer requests in a structured manner
  • Data-driven and committed to achieving outcomes, with strong presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative great teammate, comfortable working across multiple specialist roles
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar SaaS platforms
  • Comfort using financial and quantitative data to support recommendations and decisions
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to balance a strategic outlook and everyday execution
