Enterprise Account Executive

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We are looking for experienced Enterprise Account Executives with focus on our Adobe Experience Cloud business (DX). The role can be based in one of our Adobe offices or remotely.

As Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be seen as a trusted business advisor with deep knowledge of your customer's industry and market. Your role is to drive revenue within dedicated accounts in Germany by crafting compelling propositions that align with their business goals. To thrive in Adobe's dynamic and complex environment, you'll need to be curious and adaptable.

What You'll Do

  1. Foster Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategic account strategies to improve Adobe's presence among important enterprise clients and discover new avenues for expansion.

  2. Engage Decision-Makers: Build positive relationships with senior executives to understand their business challenges and position Adobe's solutions as value-creating partners.

  3. Deliver Business Impact: Demonstrate how Adobe's technology can improve customer experiences and drive measurable results.

  4. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Solution Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal partners to ensure customer success from first engagement to ongoing partnership.

  5. Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast business, maintain strong pipeline discipline, and deliver consistent performance against targets.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven success managing complex SaaS or digital transformation deals, ideally within large enterprise environments.

  • Strategic Account Management: Strong ability to deepen customer relationships and drive long-term partnerships.

  • Consultative Sales Skills: Comfortable engaging at executive level and aligning technology solutions with business strategy.

  • Analytical & Commercial Approach: Ability to translate business insights into actionable opportunities and value for clients.

  • Results Orientation: Dedicated, performance-focused, and growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Language Skills: Proficient German and strong English communication skills are essential.
