Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, achieving or exceeding individual sales quotas.
Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead the full sales process, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, and closing deals.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-Suite executives, across targeted accounts in the French market.
Deliver Value: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and priorities, delivering impactful product demonstrations and creating compelling business justifications.
Collaborate Effectively: Partner with internal teams, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), pre-sales specialists, and resellers, to maximize sales opportunities and ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
Strategize for Success: Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth within your designated territory, leveraging whitespace analysis to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Quota Attainment: Demonstrated success in consistently ranking in the top percentile for quota attainment over the past three years, showcasing a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
Growth Strategies: Experience in generating new business as well as upselling within a defined territory, showcasing an ability to drive growth from both new and existing accounts.
SaaS Sales Expertise: Experience in managing complex sales cycles and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Sales Methodology Proficiency: Familiarity with structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC, to ensure disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Discovery and Presentation Skills: Expertise in conducting meaningful discovery sessions and delivering value-driven presentations to senior decision-makers.
