Within this group, the Digital Media Education Sales Team plays a critical role in driving acquisition, growth, and retention across our largest K–12 and Higher Education customers for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
As Adobe evolves its B2B sales strategy, this team will lead the way in defining and implementing the next generation of growth across the Digital Media portfolio—serving students, teachers, faculty, and staff.
The Director of Digital Media Americas Sales will be responsible for shaping and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy that supports annual education growth goals across the Americas. Once the strategy is defined, this senior leader will develop and deliver the plans needed to achieve those goals. The role includes leading a team of sales professionals focused on named accounts and driving new business through expanded marketing and outreach efforts.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $310,900 -- $502,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
