Are you interested in making a Customer Experience difference on a global scale? Join Adobe Digital Experience as Director of Analytics and Insights. Lead Customer Engineering, Success & Professional Service efforts. Analyze data from Adobe Digital Experience solutions to find trends for data-driven decisions. You will also apply advanced analytics and data science concepts to build predictive-prescriptive models that empower the Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) teams to deliver a proactive customer experience. You are passionate about data, AI, metrics, innovation, and inspiring operational teams as well as leading analytical projects to promote process efficiencies.

What You'll Do

  • Head the Data Analytics & Insights teams supporting our Global Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) division
  • Drive the analytics & insights strategy for the team and ensure alignment with ACS priorities
  • Enable innovative analytics and business intelligence capabilities to drive business optimization & transformation across the ACS Organization
  • Tackle complex business obstacles, support quick decision-making, champion impactful predictive modeling through business insight, data understanding, and analytical experience
  • Proficiency in juggling multiple projects, prioritizing and coordinating activities, and collaborating with diverse teams while articulating the overall Business strategy

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a positive attribute
  • 12+ years’ experience building business analytics & data science solutions, leading a team of Analytics Managers/Data Scientists/Business Analysts
  • Deep knowledge of Business Analytics, Data Science concepts. Math modeling, analytical techniques in predictive techniques, classification techniques, and segmentation are highly desirable
  • Proven ability to “Tell a Story” through data and communicate effectively with senior leadership; mastery of advanced visualization techniques with an ability to translate findings for a general business audience
  • Ability to understand business requirements, critical metrics and convert them into analytical hypotheses in a structured and logical manner along with solution identification
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing Analytics & ML solutions to solve complex business challenges desired for at least 5+ years, along with team management and client management responsibilities
  • Experience with large complex database systems & architecture, structured & unstructured data; with diverse analytics methodologies and approaches; expert ability to connect data/metrics to business metrics/results
  • Superb interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to influence and persuade without formal authority

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $165,300 -- $327,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
