Product Sales Manager

We have a team of more than 400 employees and more than 50 certified and specialized engineers in Datacenter and Security.
We have 6 business units:
- Distribution: we seek to differentiate ourselves by adding value to our partners through technical and marketing support. We have resources throughout the region to make this support real.
- Education: we offer training to our business partners and end users to improve the use of the technologies we offer.
- Professional Services: we make all our knowledge and experience available to our channels to facilitate the implementation of the IT solutions we offer.
- Cloud Solutions: we enable Hosters, Datacenters, and Service Providers to offer solutions hosted in the pay-per-use model, signing contracts that are leaders in the Cloud market.
- Integrated Solutions: we integrate Intel hardware with the main software solutions, resulting in competitive hyperconvergent and data protection appliances.
- Oracle NetSuite Consulting Services: we provide regional Oracle NetSuite implementation consulting services.
The main activities are:
- Develop the business plans of the designated manufacturers.
- Establish relationships with Channels and Manufacturers.
- Conduct continuous training on products and everything that improves your commercial function.
- Stay updated with the sales certifications required by the brand.
- Manage the training of Channels in each Manufacturer's tools.
- Present commercial proposals, follow up on opportunities, participate in the purchase process of both equipment and licensing (new or renewal).
- Coordinate the calendar of courses with the Education Department where applicable. Organize activities with Channels for Pipeline/Forecast generation.
- Meet the established quota of designated manufacturers.
- Alignment of equipment from your respective manufacturer (Channel Managers, PSM, PSS).
- Coordinate the agenda and priorities of SE in conjunction with the Commercial Manager.
- Develop the business plans of the designated manufacturers.
- Maintain the relationship with the Channels and Sellers of the Manufacturer.
- Maintain the relationship with the key people of the channels, Sales Managers, Sellers, Marketing, purchases.
- Report and follow up the Forecast together with the Commercial Manager and the Supplier – Nestsuite.
- Follow up on the purchasing process together with the operations area to give status to the channel.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education in Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, and other related fields.
- Necessary experience of 3 to 5 years in the technology market with channels and manufacturers, with focus and experience in the cybersecurity and firewalls technology market with distribution channels and manufacturers such as Nozomi, Delinea, and Solarwinds.
- Good knowledge of technologies.
- Languages: Advanced English (required) and Spanish (desired).
- Knowledge of ERPs preferably.

This is an initial hybrid position where the working days are from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with 3 days in the office and the rest in home office.
