Product Sales Manager

The position of Product Sales Manager is responsible for business development, closing sales, and supporting channels to achieve the quotas of the assigned brands and/or business units.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop the business plans of the assigned manufacturers.
  • Establish relationships with channels and manufacturers.
  • Receive continuous product training and stay updated with the sales certifications required by brand.
  • Manage training for channels on each manufacturer's tools.
  • Present commercial proposals, follow up on opportunities, participate in the purchase process of both equipment and licensing (new or renewal).
  • Coordinate the schedule of courses with the Education Department where applicable.
  • Organize activities with channels for the generation of pipeline/forecast.
  • Meet the established quota of the assigned manufacturers.
  • Align the team of their respective manufacturer (Channel Managers, PSM, PSS).
  • Coordinate the agenda and priorities of the SE together with the Commercial Manager.
  • Coordinate the agenda in conjunction with the Sales Engineer.
  • Develop the business plans of the assigned manufacturers.
  • Maintain the relationship with the people of channels and sales of the manufacturer.
  • Maintain the relationship with the key people of the channels.
  • Report and follow up the forecast with the Commercial Manager and the Vendor – Nestsuite.
  • Follow up the purchase process with the operations area to provide status to the channel.
  • Note: The position may perform other projects or diverse tasks according to what is requested or assigned.

Profile of the Position:

Education:

University degree in Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.

Experience:

Requires 3 to 5 years of work experience in the technology market with channels and manufacturers.

Languages:

Intermediate English (Preferred)

Computer Skills:

ERPs (Preferred)

Competencies:

Teamwork, proactivity, excellence, commitment, honesty, innovation, and ability to work under pressure.
