Job Title

Adistec is a leader in value-added distribution in Latin America and the Caribbean, with 18 years of experience in the market providing information technology solutions.

We have a team of over 400 employees and more than 50 certified and specialized engineers in Datacenter and Security.

We have 6 business units:

  1. Distribution: We seek to differentiate ourselves by adding value to our partners through technical and marketing support. We have resources throughout the region to make this support real.
  2. Education: We offer training to our business partners and end users to improve the use of the technologies we offer.
  3. Professional Services: We make all our knowledge and experience available to our channels to facilitate the implementation of the IT solutions we offer.
  4. Cloud Solutions: We enable Hosters, Datacenters, and Service Providers to offer solutions hosted on a pay-per-use model, signing leading contracts in the Cloud market.
  5. Integrated Solutions: We integrate Intel hardware with the main software solutions, resulting in competitive hyperconvergent and data protection appliances.
  6. Oracle NetSuite Consulting Services: We provide regional implementation consulting services for Oracle NetSuite.

Main activities:

Collaborate with the team in the registration process in the Supplier Center, sending the necessary information and following up on approvals. Register marketing activities and corresponding support documents in Netsuite to ensure adequate tracking and compliance. Request purchase orders, coordinate the approval flow, and follow up on their timely issuance. Compile and deliver all necessary evidence and documentation (e.g., reports, photos, invoices) to the claims team to support reimbursement requests. Maintain organized files of all requests and approvals, ensuring complete documentation and readiness for audit. Support the marketing team with other administrative tasks as assigned. Note: This position may perform other projects or miscellaneous tasks as requested or assigned.

Requirements: University studies in Marketing, Communication, or similar (exclusive). Experience of at least 1 to 2 years in similar positions. Languages English – Intermediate level (Preferred). Computer Science Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level Microsoft Power Point – Intermediate level
