Inside Sales

The Inside Sales is responsible for providing support in operational tasks and commercial management working hand in hand with the Product Sales Manager in order to achieve the quotas of the assigned brands and/or units.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the assigned product lines by making all the requested quotes through the defined business channels.
  • Update the requested quotes.
  • Send and keep updated price lists in the product lines that the Product Sales Manager deems convenient.
  • Send a weekly report to the Product Sales Manager of the generated or updated quotes to the channels in the assigned lines (Tracking of opportunities)
  • Promote meetings between its channels and the Product Sales Manager for the purposes of progress and commercial projection in the accounts.
  • Maintain constant telephone communication with the partners.
  • Collaborate in the Business Plans of the assigned manufacturers together with the PSM.
  • Follow up on the credit status of the channels.
  • Manage and quote renewals.
  • Train partners on how to send purchase orders - End User Data, Partner ID etc..
  • Review, process and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Note: The position may perform other projects or miscellaneous tasks as requested or assigned.

Profile of the Position:

Education:

  • Graduate or university student in Marketing, Commercialization, Systems or related fields.

Experience:

  • No prior work experience required, preferably knowledge of the sector.

Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office – Advanced Level (Required)
  • ERPs preferably

Languages:

  • English – Intermediate Level (Preferred)

Work Schedule:
