HR Specialist

Job Description:

Responsible for sending events for processing and verification of payroll routines, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and accuracy in information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll (hires, terminations, vacations, charges, etc.)
  • Perform verification of labor calculations and social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF)
  • Know eSocial, DCTFWeb and other ancillary obligations
  • Control and update employee data records
  • Attend employees for clarification of payroll-related questions
  • Support internal and external audits

Job Profile:

  • Complete higher education in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related courses.
  • Previous experience with payroll
  • Knowledge of labor and pension legislation
  • Experience with payroll charges
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Intermediate/advanced Spanish desirable

Note: The occupant of the position may execute other projects or miscellaneous tasks, as requested or assigned.

Additional Information: This position is externally advertised as HR Specialist. Internally, the position is classified as Payroll Analyst in our structure.
