Job Description:
You will be responsible for identifying the needs of the channels and providing technical support to the product offering, working side by side with the sales team and contributing to closing deals in the designated region. Experience and knowledge in cyber security, identity. Manufacturer brands such as Forcepoint, Delínea, Cyberark, Veeam and others.
- Main Responsibilities Support the sales team for necessary pre-sales functions, contributing to proposals, negotiations and closing deals.
- Identify current and future needs of customer service, establishing good personal relationships with potential and existing customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provide technical and engineering information about products, services and/or equipment of the different solutions responsible; Answer technical questions and requests from your business colleagues, channel or customer.
- Conduct presentations at events, providing technical information, solving customer questions, performing sizing, proofs of concept and technical support.
- Contribute to the formation and development of the client, providing technical information, conducting training, technical workshops, webinars, and other resources to advance technically the channel programs assigned.
- Train technical and sales teams through workshops/lectures on solutions from our manufacturers.
- Determine improvements by analyzing the cost-benefit ratio of equipment, supplies or service applications in the client's environment.
- Contribute to the sales team regarding new technologies, solutions and trends.
- Keep your professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops and completing the technical certifications required by the wholesale program in the designated lines.
- Design the global architecture of a technical solution suitable to the client's needs.
- Perform concept tests or demonstrations if necessary when there is an opportunity duly registered and your budget agreed with the sales team.
- Prepare sales engineering reports collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information, engineering trends and applications.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of sales engineering by identifying short and long-term issues that need to be addressed; provide information, recommendations, propose lines of action and implementation guidelines.
- Note: The position may perform other projects or miscellaneous tasks as requested or assigned.
Requirements: Studies: Postgraduate in Systems Engineering, Networks, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related careers. Experience: 2 years of experience in similar positions, in IT solutions design. (Exclusive) Internal growth from 6 to 18 months in positions such as IT Specialist; Support Engineer; Support Specialist. Technology: Microsoft Office Information Technology – Advanced Level (Required) Languages: English – Advanced Level (Preferentially)
