To prepare and cook food to meet daily production requirements for food leaving the kitchen; for patients or residents, dining room, special functions. Performs tasks involving the general operation of the food service department, (i.e., cold food prep, tray prep, service and delivery, cafeteria service, pot washing, dish washing, cleaning shifts, storeroom work, etc.).
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years' experience in quantity food production in the healthcare environment preferred. Some kitchen experience helpful but not necessary. On the job training.

Food Service Worker: $16.59 - $25.71 per hour
