Quality Engineer Production

What will your responsibilities be?
- Ensuring technical and organizational conditions for the work of quality technicians (attendance, materials, etc.)
- Processing of control procedures for specific performance of quality control of finished products
- Cooperation on the preparation of technological procedures (ODS), which also includes information on HSE
- Proposing of changes and deviations based on analyses of errors and non-conformities of finished products, results of external audits and complaints from the end user
- Proposing corrective and preventive measures to improve product and process quality, controlling their implementation
- Cooperation with the customer quality department in proposing deviations and changes because of detected non-conformities in finished products
- Cooperating with the quality engineer for customer relations in providing feedback to the customer on received complaints or claims. If necessary, preparing of the necessary documentation for feedback according to requirements
- Examining of the possibilities of implementing changes to products
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- High school education – manufacturing (advantage)
- Minimum 1 year in the Automotive Industry
- Mature problem solving and root cause analysis knowledge
- Proofed experience working with standard automotive tools e.g. FMEA, Control Plan, statistical process control, Ishikawa, 5Why, Pareto analysis
- Good knowledge of the product
- Knowledge of PC software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)
- Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
