What will your responsibilities be?
- Management of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes
- Identifying performance gaps, implementation of training solutions, and leading talent development initiatives
- Supporting staffing and resource planning in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaboration with other HR functions such as Payroll, HR IT Systems, HR SSC and HR BPs
- Maintaining HR systems, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing data insights to support strategic decisions
- Ensuring clear internal communication and compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Review and alignment compensation packages; support employee wellbeing and benefits programs
- Leading initiatives that foster employee engagement, professional growth, and a strong organizational culture
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- University degree in economics, psychology or social science or comparable education
- Min. 2 years' experience in HR field (Recruiting, Staffing or Personnel Development)
- Experience in staffing, training and development, employee communication and reporting
- Project Management skills
- Strong Time Management and Priorities Management
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Good PC user skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent English required
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation
- Workday/Human knowledge is an advantage
