Growth Account Manager
Adfix is a boutique, performance marketing agency helping ecommerce brands scale through paid media, retention marketing, and conversion-focused creative. We are a lean, senior-heavy team that values clarity, ownership, craftsmanship, and creating real business impact for the brands we work with. We partner with up-and-coming ecommerce brands to achieve sustainable growth through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, SMS, creative strategy, and Shopify improvements. We move fast, communicate clearly, and treat clients' businesses as partners rather than projects.
The Role
As a Growth Account Manager, you serve as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal channel experts. You act as the connective tissue across projects, responsible for coordinating discovery, research, proposal development, and ongoing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Needs Analysis & Discovery
- Lead discovery conversations to define goals, challenges, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the COO, team leads, and specialists to identify the necessary services, resources, and scope.
- Translate business and technical details into a clear internal brief.
- Research & Audits Coordination
- Coordinate internal stakeholders for UX audits, competitor analysis, and account reviews across Shopify, Ads, and CRM.
- Consolidate findings into insights that clients can understand.
- Ensure each specialist has the context and assets they need to produce accurate analyses.
- Proposal & Forecast Development
- Own the proposal process end-to-end, including forecasting expected results with support from channel specialists.
- Consolidate channel-specific projections into a holistic forecast.
- Define pricing, scope, and resourcing with the COO.
- Prepare contracts and assist with final negotiations.
- Present proposals clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
Outcomes and Success
- Internal teams feel protected from chaos and fully enabled to do great work.
- Proposals are accurate, achievable, and commercially sound.
- Launches are smooth, structured, and on schedule.
- Client relationships grow in trust, longevity, and scope.
