Your Vision: We are looking for a motivated and independent System Engineer to support our growing German team. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of cluster solutions, container platforms, automation tools, security measures, and CI/CD solutions for our customers.

Tasks

Your Tasks – Your Plan for World Domination:

• Kubernetes Mastermind – Deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Kubernetes clusters for the customer or in the cloud
• Troubleshooting Genius – Debugging, error analysis, and technical support at the highest level
• DevOps Pioneer – Support developer teams in the implementation of cloud-native applications
• Automation Guru – Automation, scaling, and optimization with Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and Co.
• Security & Compliance – Always keeping an eye on the security of infrastructure and pipelines
• Customer Understander – Direct collaboration with our customers to develop innovative solutions

Qualification

Your Skills – Do you have the stuff to rule the IT world?

Strategic Thinking – You develop innovative IT solutions that not only work today but are also built for the future.

Linux & Kubernetes Power – You are very familiar with open-source cloud and container technologies (Kubernetes, SUSE Rancher, Openshift, EKS, AKS) and know how to use them.

Automation Superbrain – Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, or GitLab CI/CD are not foreign words for you – you use them to design systems efficiently and scalable.

Bug Finder & Problem Solver – You see bugs as a challenge, analyze complex problems, and find clever solutions.

Communication Pro – You can clearly formulate your ideas, speak on an equal footing with developers, customers, and colleagues, and share your knowledge.

Eigeninitiative & Curiosity – You want to actively change the IT world, bring in new ideas, and are always up to date with the latest technology.

Language Skills – German & English at least at C2 level, because you will work with international teams and customers.
