As a CDM, you are the first live contact of Adfinis to our potential customers, accompany them on their customer journey (frontstage), and coordinate all information, consultations, and offer documents (backstage) that the customer needs to accept an offer. Your main task is to systematically communicate with our potential customers, qualify their inquiries with the utmost care in view of the Adfinis offer and partner products, and moderate the process of internal sizing and pricing with the customer. To achieve these goals, you will work closely with the other members of the sales team and the management team.
You are responsible for fast qualification and offer processes on behalf of our customers and coordinate the necessary resources as "one face to the customer." You are responsible for building new customer relationships, developing existing accounts, and systematically increasing revenue over the entire lifetime of the customer relationship through the use of up- and cross-selling techniques and renewals of existing Adfinis services.
As a CDM, you maintain your own accounts, where the revenue generated forms the basis for a bonus to your fixed salary. You are subordinate to the Chief Commerce Officer, keep him informed about the planned revenue, and discuss the necessary lead flow and other resources in regular meetings and quarterly reviews.
