Mission

Inserted in the team dedicated to an important client of the group, the candidate has the responsibility, at the client's headquarters located in Camerano (AN), of monitoring the activities of the onsite team of competence.

The activity takes place on Monday and Tuesday from 05.00 to 13.30 and from Wednesday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the activities of coordination of the on-site support team and the monitoring of the activities carried out.

Job Title

• Coordinates the site support teams.
• Monitors the activities carried out compared to the Kpi's and elaborates reports on a daily/weekly/on-demand basis in respect of the client's needs.
• Contributes to updating the client's contact persons regarding the regulatory norms of the labor market.
• Ensures that the supplied workers manage leaves and permits in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations and contributes to the articulation of the working hours.
• Guarantees high quality standards on temporary work supply/staff leasing services.
• Supervises the attendance management process.
• Acts as the main point of contact on the management processes.
• Collaborates with the client's workforce team members for the realization of events related to the management and development of the supplied workers team.

Education

Three-year degree and/or specialist degree.

Work Experience

Previous experience in coordinating people and in the management/administration of personnel is required.
