We are seeking an experienced Solutions Expert to join our German team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in restructuring processes and a strong sales-driven mindset. You will act as a subject matter expert and strategic partner, supporting clients and internal teams in delivering high-impact solutions across voluntary leave programs, outplacement, and transfer instruments.

In this role you can expect to:
Act as a subject matter expert on topics including voluntary leave programs, outplacement, and transfer instruments.
Serve as a sparring partner throughout the sales process, providing strategic input and expertise.
Prepare compelling presentations for sales meetings, RFPs, and client pitches.
Lead webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions as an expert in restructuring and transformation.
Maintain a strong understanding of client restructuring processes and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Work independently within your area of expertise, while contributing to team success.
All About You:
Minimum 5 years of experience in restructuring, outplacement, or voluntary leave programs. Knowledge of Transfer Instruments would be beneficial.
Proven sales-driven mindset with a track record of supporting business development.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
