About The Role

What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible for your own market potential and understand how to develop and utilize sales opportunities for complex services.
  • You will analyze market trends and derive necessary measures for customer acquisition and retention.
  • You will initiate and manage sales activities for market penetration with new customers and contribute to the achievement of our revenue and profit targets.
  • At the same time, you will be a competent contact person (m/f/d) for our existing customers and identify business opportunities and possible additional services.
  • You will holistically manage tenders and inquiries in close coordination with our project management.
  • You will develop presentations for customer-specific solutions and conduct price and contract negotiations in collaboration with the department head and project management.
  • You will document your work by preparing and reporting monthly sales key figures and thus ensure seamless internal communication.

About You

  • You have a university degree with a focus on logistics or sufficient professional experience in the field of production or industrial logistics.
  • Several years of professional experience in the sales of logistics in-house solutions or in a comparable position in the logistics, production, or service environment.
  • Solid knowledge of the sales of contractual logistics services and in contractual logistics.
  • Experience in the areas of consumer, e-commerce, industry, electronics, or automotive.
  • Ability to understand, calculate, and economically optimize complex logistics processes.
  • Secure sense for customer needs and a strong network for new customer acquisition.
  • Very good German and English language skills as well as confident use of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • High willingness to travel, independent working style, and commitment.
