In the position of Sales Consultant (M/W/D) in Nuremberg, you will be in constant contact with the most diverse corporate clients in the field of finance and accounting. You are an important part of the DIS AG and bring companies and applicants together with our recruiting team.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the placement of specialists and executives in the field of finance and accounting.
- You identify potential companies through targeted market analysis.
- When actively approaching companies, you present your service portfolio and identify corresponding contact persons in the companies.
- Your contact persons advise you on personnel planning and the filling of open positions and ultimately convince them of a collaboration.
- Together with the recruiting team, you identify the right candidates for the open positions.
- You show candidates new career paths and support them throughout the application process with your corporate clients.
- The process control from the job interview to the contract conclusion is in your hands.
- You sustainably support your customer network, thereby further developing customer relationships and exploring opportunities for new business areas.
Your profile
- You have a completed university degree or a commercial qualification.
- You have already proven your sales talent within the staffing industry or in another industry.
- You have a keen sense for companies and apply your communication and negotiation skills appropriately.
- You convince through a confident and eloquent appearance and thus quickly gain the trust of corporate clients.
- An independent, structured, and prioritizing way of working characterizes you, allowing you to always keep an overview of your current processes.
- Team capability is highly valued by you. Together with our recruiting team, you find the right talents for your corporate clients.
- You have a valid driver's license (car, class B) so that you can personally visit our corporate clients.
- Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
