Sales Recruitment Consultant
Are you sales-oriented and have a knack for people in the office and administration sector? We are looking for a Sales Recruitment Consultant for our team in Zurich.
With us, you will take over the complete 360° recruitment process: from customer acquisition to the care and recruitment of candidates.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquisition and care of customers in the office and administration sector
- Conducting customer visits and personal needs analysis
- Recruitment: placing ads, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, creating dossiers
- Placement of candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Care and support of employees in the field
- Use of digital tools and networks to acquire customers and candidates
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial training and/or experience in the office and administration sector
- First experience in sales, recruiting or HR is an advantage
- Communication-oriented, service-oriented and sales-affine
- Good knowledge of MS Office, social media and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Very good German language skills, English is advantageous
- Driving license category B required
