As a Recruitment and Sales Consultant at Adecco, you combine recruitment with relationship management. You help candidates advance in their careers and support companies in finding the right people. The work is varied, social, and provides ample opportunity for development.

The role suits someone who thrives on contact with people. The position includes aspects of recruitment, account management, and HR. With clear onboarding, a buddy, and training through the Adecco Academy, you are never left to fend for yourself.

What will you do?

The workweek consists of a mix of conversations, writing, and networking. This includes conducting intake interviews, building client relationships, and creating strong matches between talent and organizations.

1. Speak with candidates and guide them towards a new job. Introduce them to clients and prepare them for their interview
2. Approach companies and build relationships in your region
3. Write job descriptions and follow up on responses
4. Maintain contact with clients and candidates after placement. You will also visit clients to build client relationships
5. Variety is key: one moment you listen to someone’s ambitions, the next you think along with a client

What do we offer?

A stable foundation with room to grow:

• €2,695 – €3,236 gross per month (full-time)
• A position for 32 or 40 hours per week
• When you are well integrated (after about 6 months), there are home working possibilities in consultation with the team
• 8% holiday allowance (monthly)

What do you bring to us?

Curiosity, initiative, and interest in people make the difference here. An MBO+/HBO work and thinking level and affinity with recruitment, sales, HR, or customer contact help you to grow quickly. Conducting conversations comes naturally and switching between different contacts feels comfortable. You speak Dutch and English fluently. It would be great if you have recruitment and sales experience, but if you don’t, we will gladly teach you!
