The Key Account Manager (KAM) role will be dual focused, with two core objectives; to maximize the volume of new and incremental business secured for Adecco Poland, and to ensure that operational delivery is maintained at the highest quality.
The Key Account Manager will be required to deliver against the planned revenue, margin and total operating profit targets including EVA Light, all debt and payments issues, as well as agreed client SLA's and targets. The role requires the forecasting of monthly revenue against budget including recruitment and productivity targets. You will work with your Sector Director and other senior managers within the wider Adecco Group to develop business plans, processes and internal Service Level Agreements. You will also take responsibility for customer satisfaction within your allocated accounts, putting agreed action plans in place where necessary. In addition, you will need to generate new opportunities within your accounts and have a sales-orientated focus at all times.
Given the complexity of the solutions and relationships with clients at this level, you will have a solid understanding of the delivery models required to meet service level agreements and expectations, and be able to build and sustain relationships over an extended period of time. This will include extensive knowledge of Master Vendor and On-site solutions.
