HR Consultant For Our Internal Team In Lisbon

What will be your mission?

As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment and selection of employees suitable for the requirements and needs of the clients. Your daily mission will be to promote the follow-up and retention of our clients and employees, working on recruitment and selection projects for Shared Service Center with multilingual profiles.

What will make you succeed in this position?

Having experience in recruitment and selection. And being fluent in English.

Planning and organization: Effectively plan the work, carrying it out in a systematic, methodical, and organized manner and controlling its progress with a view to achieving the objectives within the stipulated deadlines.

Customer orientation: Ensures the understanding of the real needs of its clients and the execution of the service according to high quality standards.

Ability to communicate effectively: Expresses its opinions or arguments in a clear, fluent, assertive, and persuasive manner, being able to speak in public with confidence and competence.

Social skills: Establishes broad and effective relationships within and outside the organization, interacting with different stakeholders in a persuasive, credible, and diplomatic manner.

Ability to adapt and withstand pressure: Effectively handles high levels of pressure, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of difficulties. Adapts to changes that occur, reacting constructively and finding opportunities for learning from mistakes.
