What will be your mission?

As an HR Consultant, you will support the team in the recruitment and selection process of suitable candidates for the requirements and needs of clients, with the daily mission of ensuring the reception and satisfaction of recruitment requests from clients, ensuring daily feedback on the evolution of the same, welcoming candidates, ensuring their application process and availability of information, and following up on employees, ensuring their proper integration into the client company.

What will make you succeed in this position?

Having experience in recruitment and selection of Contact Center profiles. Being fluent in English. Planning and organization: It will be an asset if you have the ability to plan work effectively, carrying out in a systematic, methodical and organized way and controlling its progress with a view to achieving objectives within the stipulated deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively: Your day-to-day will be contacting people, so it is important to express your opinions or arguments clearly, fluently, assertively and persuasively, being able to speak in public with confidence and competence. Capacity for adaptation and resistance to pressure: It will be important to have the ability to deal effectively with high levels of pressure, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of difficulties. Adapting to changes that occur, reacting constructively and finding opportunities for learning in errors.
