We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Salesforce Data Cloud to support the definition, refinement, and delivery of our GenAI and Agent reporting at group and country level. This will be used as the reference to drive country engagement and monitor adoption and performance.
This role will report to the TSC Engagement lead and will bridge business stakeholders, BI Reporting teams, and GenAI/Agent Innovations teams to collect requirements, design & standardized scalable reporting solution, and ensure data alignment and usage by the different community of users.
The ideal candidate understands how GenAI and Agentforce-type agents transform business operations, and how Data Cloud + CRMA enable real-time, cross-cloud insights. The candidate can translate complex business or/and local specificities into structured analytical and data requirements, ensuring our AI-driven reporting is accurate and actionable at group and country level.
