Therefore, we are seeking another driven and business-oriented person to shape and develop the role of Account Manager. As a key person in our organization, you will have a unique opportunity to not only build up our sales function but also your own future with us!
As an Account Manager with us, you will actively work with sales, focusing on identifying and processing new corporate customers in your local market. You are expected to build relationships with decision-makers at all levels of our designated prospects, with the aim of selling our entire range of staffing and recruitment services. You will also process existing customers where we have the opportunity to grow. You drive and develop your customer base independently and are responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to signed contract. In close collaboration with your colleagues in recruitment and consulting, you will ensure that you deliver solutions that meet the needs of the customers and strengthen their operations.

It is meritorious if you have previous experience from the recruitment and staffing industry. Relevant experience in selling services within any of our business areas IT, technology, industry, and logistics is also seen as a plus.
As a person, you are results-focused, possess high professionalism, and have a natural inclination to build trust. You are passionate about creating new business opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships and always give the little extra to meet your customers' needs and expectations. Furthermore, you are used to working methodically, structured, and with a high activity level. You are persistent and independently find new ways and methods to drive your work forward.
The job is full-time and we would like to see you residing in Norrköping or Finspång, as the role has a particular focus on this area. In this way, we can together in the team ensure a strong presence and cover the entire region. The place of work for the position is at Adecco's office in Linköping.
