For our location in Berlin, we are looking for an Account Manager (M/W/D) who actively shapes the market and further develops our customer relationships. In this role, you will acquire and manage customers, develop long-term partnerships, and recognize new project needs early on. As the central interface between customers and qualified IT specialists, you will take over the entire process โ€“ from needs clarification to successful project placement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively approach companies from various engineering industries and build new customer relationships
  • Conduct needs analyses, create offers, and manage the entire matching process
  • Structured maintenance of the pipeline, consistent lead follow-up, and clean database maintenance
  • Use KPIs and sales data to identify opportunities, set priorities, and make successes transparently measurable
  • Close cooperation with recruiting and operations to realize the optimal solution for each customer

Your Profile

  • Completed technical studies or a comparable qualification (e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive, electrical engineering, software, or mechatronics)
  • Sales experience, ideally in a technical or engineering-related environment
  • Passion for inspiring people, recognizing potentials, and sustainably expanding business
  • Structured, independent working style combined with a modern, solution-oriented sales mentality
  • Excellent communication skills โ€“ verbally, in writing, and confidently at decision-making levels
