Account Manager

As an Account Manager with us, you will actively work on sales with a focus on identifying and processing new company clients in your local market. You are expected to build relationships with decision-makers at all levels of our designated prospects, with the aim of selling our entire offering in staffing and recruitment services. You will also process existing customers where we have the opportunity to grow.

You will independently drive and develop your customer base and pipeline forward, and you will be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to signed contract. In close collaboration with your colleagues in recruitment and consulting, you will ensure that you deliver solutions that meet the needs of the customers and strengthen their operations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively search for new business opportunities and establish new customer relationships
  • Develop the relationship with existing customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable, long-term customer relationships
  • Work advisory and offer customized consulting and recruitment solutions based on the customer’s needs
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability in deliveries
  • Work closely with our consulting managers and recruitment consultants to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to developing our sales strategy and business process

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in B2B sales within the service sector
  • Experience in prospecting and new customer processing with documented good results
  • Habit of processing customers and decision-makers in leading positions
  • B-driving license and habit of driving in service

It is meritorious if you have previous experience from the recruitment and staffing industry. Relevant experience in selling services within any of our business areas, Life Science, Finance, IT, technology, industry, and logistics, is also seen as a plus.

As a person, you are result-focused, possess high professionalism, and have a natural inclination to build trust. You are passionate about creating new business opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships, and you always give the little extra to meet your customers’ needs and expectations. Furthermore, you are used to working methodically, structured, and with a high activity level. You are persistent and find new ways and methods independently to drive your work forward.

The position is full-time with location in Uppsala. You who apply should be resident in Uppsala or within a convenient commuting distance. Desired start fall 2025.
