About the Opportunity:

Our client is a fast-growing, multi-site organization operating across fabrication, field operations, and corporate functions. They are seeking a senior HR executive who can both shape strategy and remain hands-on in execution while supporting a dynamic, field-driven workforce.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership, with responsibility for building scalable HR infrastructure and driving people strategy during a period of significant growth.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
• Lead all HR operations including employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
• Drive full-cycle recruiting across skilled trades and corporate roles
• Build and enhance engagement, onboarding, training, and development programs
• Oversee performance management across field and office teams
• Champion a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and operational excellence
• Manage HR systems, vendors, and multi-site HR processes
• Lead, develop, and scale the HR team and supporting infrastructure

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Background in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environments
• Experience working with unionized employee populations required
• Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of leadership
• Demonstrated success driving employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Proven ability to build, scale, and strengthen HR functions and infrastructure
• Comfortable engaging and influencing employees from field-level teams through executive leadership
• Ability to manage complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with UKG and multi-state HR operations strongly preferred

Additional Details:

• Fully onsite, Monday–Friday
• High-visibility role with direct executive exposure and partnership
