Tenant Services Administrator
Addison Group is seeking a professional and highly organized Tenant Services Administrator to support day-to-day operations at a premier commercial property. This onsite position is ideal for candidates with a polished, service-driven mindset who enjoy being the go-to person for tenants and building staff.
Location: Dallas, TX
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type of Employment: Direct Hire
Compensation: $52000 – $57000 / Year (targeting $55,000; flexibility up to $60,300 for exceptional candidates)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors, providing high-level, hospitality-style customer service
- Support daily building operations, including assisting tenants with amenities, fitness center registration, conference room bookings, and general inquiries
- Process work orders, service agreements, vendor invoices, purchase orders, and tenant billing documents
- Maintain accurate records and certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors using internal tracking systems
- Coordinate and help execute tenant engagement events, communications, and announcements
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team, including file organization, correspondence, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a commercial property management environment
- Candidates from luxury residential property management, hospitality, or office services roles will also be considered
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service in a professional setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable learning accounts payable/receivable processes; prior exposure is a plus
- Experience with Yardi is desirable, but not required
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred
