Job Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for the prompt, complete, and correct administration of service work orders from initial request through final invoicing. This person is responsive to internal and external clients including delivering fluid level experiences in the day to day procedural management of service requests.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Responds promptly to service requests (received through phone calls, emails, etc.)
• Oversees administrative service processes including processing quotes, orders and invoices
• Schedules service technicians, vehicles, and equipment based on work order scope
• Orders replacement parts and oversees reimbursements from manufacturer(s)
• Reaches out to customer at 30/60/90 days for additional service needs
• Executes warranty processes and engages supervisor regarding any large warranty issues
• Ensures action plans are taken based on input from service technicians
• Closes out customer issues leaving no loose ends
• Works with team to continually improve service and warranty processes.
• Invoices completed service work orders on a daily basis.

Other Requirements
• Associates Degree
• 2-3 years' experience in customer service
