Location: Houston, TX
Assignment Type: 3-month contract with potential for contract-to-hire
Compensation: $20-$25/ hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-6 pm

Job Duties:
• Make outbound calls to existing PO and Will-Call customers
• Use provided customer lists to conduct outreach and promote upcoming service needs
• Follow up with outbound emails when applicable
• Document call outcomes, customer status, and success rates
• Transfer warm leads to the Customer Support team
• Use Microsoft Teams for calls and Outlook for email communication
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to track customer interactions
• Work onsite to collaborate with team and resolve questions efficiently
• Maintain professionalism, strong communication, and effective phone presence
• Meet KPIs (number of calls/emails)
• Must be comfortable in a call center environment and enjoy outreach work
Qualifications:
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with HubSpot would be a plus
• Hospitality or other customer-facing experience would be a plus
