Location: Austin, TX (Two office locations available)

Compensation: $22 – $23 / hour

Job Description:

The Patient Services Representative will serve as a key point of contact for patients with questions related to billing, insurance, and treatment. This is best suited for someone with strong communication skills and a background in healthcare support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone and voicemail regarding billing and treatment
• Assist patients in understanding charges and setting up payment plans
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits
• Review and interpret billing documents
• Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare administrative or medical billing role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain billing details clearly to patients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Work Setting: Fully onsite
• Office culture: Collaborative environment with shared call volume
