Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 (dependent on experience)

Overview

A leading organization is looking to build out its Palantir capability, seeking a hands-on Data Engineer with experience in Palantir Foundry. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and the business, focused on building scalable data solutions and workflows that drive real-time decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and workflows within Palantir Foundry
• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources into scalable data models
• Develop and optimize real-time and batch data processing solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, and business teams
• Support the development of data-driven tools, dashboards, and operational workflows
• Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability across solutions

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (required)
• Strong background in data engineering (Python, SQL, data pipelines)
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to work in client-facing or stakeholder-facing environments
• Experience building scalable data solutions across multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) or similar roles
• Background in data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML workflows
• Experience in highly regulated or data-sensitive environments
