About Our Client: Our client is a leading healthcare organization opening new centers and expanding patient access services. They are committed to providing exceptional customer service and accurate scheduling for patients across multiple locations.

Job Description: Addison Group is seeking a Patient Access Representative for a 6–8 week contract role in Dallas, TX. This position is ideal for candidates with healthcare call center experience who can manage high call volumes and deliver outstanding patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling procedures
• Provide accurate information about services, hours, and locations
• Complete patient registration and insurance verification in NextGen
• Route calls to appropriate departments and handle appointment requests
• Create accurate financial quotes and review patient eligibility
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Respond to messages and emails promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous healthcare call center experience required
• Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage high-volume calls (100+ per day)
• Bilingual skills a plus
