Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

· Serve as a highly organized, personable liaison across ACS's internal teams, including Comms, DPX (digital product experiences), Divisions, product teams, and more.

· Facilitate meetings, briefings, and work sessions that bring together diverse stakeholders to showcase the efforts/ progress/ challenges that are uncovered throughout this transition.

· Ensure all parties have the information, context, and direction needed to deliver their components of the transition.

· Help build alignment across organizational boundaries through proactive communication and thoughtful relationship-building.

Ensure Accountability & Follow‑Through

· Track deliverables, action items, and deadlines across multiple teams and initiatives.

· Anticipate challenges and escalate issues early with clear recommended solutions.

· Provide clear documentation, recaps, decision logs, and next steps to keep projects moving forward with ease and alignment.

Drive Continuous Improvement Through Measurement

· Establish measurement frameworks (KPIs, milestones, adoption metrics) for transition-related initiatives.

· Use data to refine processes, identify gaps, and recommend new efficiencies or improvements.

· Bring a test-and-learn approach to optimizing workflows and change management practices.
