Addison Group is partnering with a dynamic, fast-moving organization seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support their growing marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with creative, operations, and leadership teams to help drive digital content, campaigns, and project workflow forward.

Pay: $26 – $36 / Hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Contract: 3+ month assignment

Job Description: The Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing operations, assist with social media and digital content creation, help manage project timelines, and maintain brand consistency across various communications. This individual will play a key role in keeping marketing initiatives organized, on schedule, and aligned with department goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of marketing projects from initial intake through review, production, and delivery.
• Assist with producing marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, event collateral, and digital assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support timely completion of creative work.
• Develop, schedule, and publish social media content and support digital campaigns.
• Help update website content, including news posts and project information.
• Track engagement metrics and compile performance insights for ongoing campaign improvement.
• Proofread, fact-check, and support content edits and revisions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Social Media Marketing experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Ability to support basic graphic editing or template-based design work.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm in-office.
• Work Arrangement: 100% in-office; parking available nearby (not included).
