Location: Oklahoma City, OK (On-site)
Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually depending on experience

We are seeking a self-motivated and service-oriented IT Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently with minimal supervision, building relationships with end users, and taking ownership of support needs across various locations.
You'll provide in-person and remote technical support across company sites, with up to 50% travel using a company vehicle. This position requires strong technical aptitude, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to jump into projects and cross-train in other areas of IT when ticket volume is low.
