An Addison Group client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative!
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead virtual training sessions to onboard and educate new business partners using prepared materials
• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from partner organizations regarding service offerings
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with external partners to generate consistent referral business
• Coordinate outbound distribution of promotional materials to affiliated sales offices
• Stay up to date on the organization's loan and financial service offerings in order to provide accurate information to partners
• Arrange field meetings between partners and territory managers when needed
• Record sales activity and partner interactions within internal systems to ensure accuracy and follow-up
• Track performance and consistently meet key sales metrics such as outreach calls, training appointments, and referral volume
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in inside sales or phone-based sales support
• Previous experience working in a high-volume call environment is preferred
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding individual sales goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic data entry
• Capable of adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
• General understanding of consumer lending or financial services is helpful
• NMLS license a plus, but not required
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours (40-hour workweek)
