Location: 100% Remote (WILL WORK ON Central Time hours)

Compensation: $35 – $40 / hour (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring for our client, a rapidly growing organization in the cannabis industry. They are known for their commitment to high-quality products and employee development and are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support their HR operations during a temporary leave period.

Job Description: The HRIS Analyst will provide essential support for HR systems, reporting, and analytics. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, and ticketing systems. The analyst will ensure accurate and timely employee data, generate reports for leadership, and partner with HR and other departments to improve processes and system workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and ticketing systems through configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Process and verify employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Run regular audits, ad-hoc reports, and create dashboards for management and senior leadership.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, payroll, time and attendance, and benefits system processes.
  • Provide recommendations to improve HR self-service tools and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.
  • Serve as a resource for HR metrics and reporting inquiries across departments.
  • Maintain integrations with external platforms as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ATS systems configuration and reporting; Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
  • Hands-on HRIS experience covering Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Time & Attendance.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and implement new systems quickly.
  • Experience with ticketing systems configuration, reporting, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including imports, formulas, and data validation reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle sensitive employee data confidentially.
