Job Description: The HRIS Analyst will provide essential support for HR systems, reporting, and analytics. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, and ticketing systems. The analyst will ensure accurate and timely employee data, generate reports for leadership, and partner with HR and other departments to improve processes and system workflows.
