Data Engineer

Direct hire. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.

Hybrid (Oklahoma City, OK).

Pay: $100-115K plus bonus plus benefits, 401K match, PTO.

We are partnering with a well-established organization in Oklahoma City that is eager to hire a Data Engineer to join their growing team.

This person will be responsible for:

Design, build, and maintain database solutions and ETL processes following best practices
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support project execution
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and database performance
Ensure data quality through cleansing, standardization, and validation efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support data initiatives
Maintain and improve data architecture documentation and overall data quality
Research and resolve data-related issues to support business operations

Requirements:

Strong SQL skills, including performance tuning
Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices
Knowledge of data warehousing, relational databases, normalization, and dimensional modeling
Hands-on experience with ETL / data engineering tools
