This team supports high-volume customer service/commercial operations and plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy that directly impacts the customer experience.
The Customer Service Sap Data Specialist role supports customer-facing operations by managing and resolving data and order-related issues within Sap and integrated systems. This role blends customer service, order management, and master data responsibilities and requires a commercially minded professional who understands how system data impacts sales, pricing, and fulfillment. This is a hands-on role supporting internal customer service teams and resolving issues that ultimately affect external customers.
