Customer Service Representative
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's Member Support team. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for members and prospective members, ensuring an exceptional service experience through phone, email, and in-person communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others while supporting membership operations and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Process new memberships, renewals, payments, and related transactions accurately.
- Assist members with website navigation, login issues, and account updates.
- Maintain up-to-date and detailed member records in the CRM system.
- Support membership campaigns, special programs, and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute materials for meetings, events, and conferences.
- Assist with data cleanup projects and contribute to process improvement efforts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on departmental projects and administrative tasks.
- Provide backup support to colleagues and help onboard new team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3–4 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems.
- Prior experience with CRM or customer support software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Environment: Hybrid schedule with some in-office presence required
