Job Description

The Customer Care Representative will assist customers by phone regarding their banking-related inquiries. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls to assist customers with account and payment questions.
  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
  • Clearly explain account information, procedures, and available options.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Meet performance goals related to quality, accuracy, and call volume.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or banking environment preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems efficiently.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Details

This is a full-time, on-site position offering consistent hours Monday through Friday. Paid training is provided to ensure success in the role.
