Customer Service Representative
An Addison Group client is looking for a Customer Service Representative!
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Assignment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Contract (~9 months, potential extension)
Compensation: $20–25/hr
Work Schedule: 8:00am – 4:00/5:00pm, Monday–Friday, some flexibility, eligible for OT
On-Site or Hybrid: Fully On-Site

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Enter and manage customer orders using ERP software, ensuring accuracy in pricing, availability, and delivery dates.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to proactively communicate with customers.
- Resolve customer issues related to shipments, billing, product specifications, and returns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports and analyze customer data to support continuous improvement.
- Support internal teams with ERP-related tasks such as order tracking, invoicing, and documentation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of order management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
